Terms of Use

Last updated October 7, 2026

These terms cover the Assets Plus website and the Assets Plus app at assetsplus.ca/app/. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. A French version is available; if the two differ, the French version applies.

Who we are

Assets Plus is run by Richards, its founder, from Montréal, Québec. Contact: [email protected].

What Assets Plus is

Assets Plus helps you keep track of your own money: prop firm accounts, fees and payouts, trading results, balances, holdings and goals. It shows information you enter or import. It is view-only: it never moves money, places trades or connects to your bank, broker or trading platform with your password.

It is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Totals, statistics, plans and alerts are calculations based on what you entered, and they can be wrong or out of date. Market prices and exchange rates come from third parties and may be delayed. Loss limits and payout rules are the numbers you typed in, not your firm’s official rules: always check your firm’s own dashboard and rules before you trade or ask for a payout.

Your account

  • The app is in a private beta and is invite-only for now.
  • One account per person. Keep your password private, and turn on two-factor login under My account. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
  • You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live.

Your data

What you enter in Assets Plus stays yours. You let us store and process it only to run the service for you, as our privacy policy explains. You can download it or delete your account yourself at any time under My account.

Fair use

Please do not:

  • try to reach other people’s data, test or break the app’s security, or overload it;
  • copy, resell or rebuild the service, or use bots to scrape it;
  • use it for anything illegal, or to store other people’s information without their permission;
  • put passwords, card numbers or other secrets in notes.

The beta

During the beta, features can change, move or be removed, and the app may sometimes be unavailable. We will try to tell you before a change that affects your data.

Pro plan and payments

  • Every feature is free during the beta. Once paid plans open, the Pro plan is billed in US dollars every month or every year, plus any sales tax we must charge, through Stripe. The price is shown before you pay.
  • Pro renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time under My account, then Manage billing. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for, and you are not charged again.
  • If we change the price, we will email you at least 30 days before your next renewal, and you can cancel before it applies.
  • We do not refund partial periods, except where the law requires it.

Other services

Assets Plus relies on other companies (listed in the privacy policy) to host the app, send emails, take payments and supply prices. We are not responsible for their services, or for prop firms, brokers, exchanges and platforms whose data you import.

Our responsibility

We work hard to keep Assets Plus accurate and available, but it is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for trading, investment or money decisions you make using it, or for losses that come from wrong, late or missing information. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under Québec’s Consumer Protection Act or any other law that protects consumers.

Ending

You can stop using Assets Plus and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other users at risk, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents it. If we ever shut Assets Plus down, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice to download your data.

Changes

We will post any change on this page with a new date. If a change matters for you, we will also tell you by email before it applies.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and of Canada that apply there. Disputes go to the courts of the district of Montréal, unless the law gives you the right to go to a court where you live.
